Behind the Scenes Valentine’s Day Campaign 2021
In 2021, with the world still adapting to post-pandemic life, I designed our Valentine’s Day campaign to reflect real customer experiences. To guide the creative, I conducted both internal and customer surveys to understand how people were celebrating love.
Based on our findings and aligned with Adore Me's authentic branding, the campaign focused on self-indulgence and embracing everyday pleasures to make the best of challenging times.
A fun, quirky, and relatable list of guilty pleasures and indulgences was curated, blending self-care with a carefree spirit. Scenes that resonated most with customers and aligned seamlessly with the lingerie campaign were then selected.

Above is a glimpse into my process for conceptualizing and bringing campaigns to life. Inspiration comes from diverse sources, including Pinterest, magazines, trend websites, and even NYC storefronts. I analyze customer insights and market trends to ensure the campaign speaks directly to our target audience. Collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams, I ensure each campaign is on-brand, engaging, and resonates with customers. Throughout the process, I iterate based on feedback to optimize the final result.
